Right to Public Service (RTPS) Bihar (e-District is a Mission Mode Project) invites online applications for residential certificate, caste certificate, income certificate, character certificate, NCL and EWS certificate etc.    

All eligible and interested male and female candidates can apply online at RTPS Bihar official website serviceonline.bihar.gov.in for Nivas Praman Patra, Jati Paraman Patra, Aay Praman Patra, Charitra Praman Patra, NCL and EWS certificates.

1. व्यक्ति विशेष की जाति का निर्धारण उसके पिता की जाति के आधार पर होता है, पति की जाति के आधार पर नहीं |
2. जाति प्रमाण- पत्र की वैधता हमेशा बनी रहती है ।
3. स्थायी आवास प्रमाण- पत्र की वैधता हमेशा बनी रहती है, जबकि अस्थायी आवास प्रमाण - पत्र की वैधता निर्गत तिथि से एक वर्ष के लिए होती है |
4. आय प्रमाण पत्र की मान्यता निर्गत तिथि से एक वर्ष के लिए होती है |
5. सत्यापन के पश्चात् अभ्यर्थियों को मूल प्रमाण- पत्र अवश्य लौटा दिए जायेंगे |
6. क्रीमीलेयर में नहीं आने संबंधी विहित प्रपत्र में अभ्यर्थियों से अण्डरटेकिंग प्राप्त कर पुराने क्रीमीलेयर रहित प्रमाण- पत्र के आधार पर नया क्रीमीलेयर रहित प्रमाण- पत्र निर्गत किया जा सकता है |
7. क्रीमीलेयर रहित प्रमाण- पत्र बार- बार बनवाने की आवश्यकता नहीं है | राज्याधीन सेवाओं हेतु पुराने प्रमाण- पत्र के साथ अण्डरटेकिंग देकर आवेदन दिया जा सकता है |

1. serviceonline.bihar.gov.in वेबसाइट पर जाना |
2. अगर आवेदक नये User हैं, तो "Register Yourself से Login ID एवं Password बनाना |
3. वेबसाइट के Left Menu से संबंधित विभाग की बांधित Service पर Click कर लॉगिन (Login) करना |
4. Left Menu से "Apply for Service पर Click करना | आबेदन फॉर्म को ध्यान से भरना, Webcam या File Browser से अपना फोटो अपलोड करना, आवश्यक सुधार करना एवं [Save Draft] करना |
5. (a) सेवा विशेष के लिए आधार नंबर मांगे जाने पर आवेदक के आधार में पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर OTP भेज कर सत्यापन कराया जाना, या (b) भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा स्वीकृत 12 पहचान पत्रों में से कोई एक upload करना |
6. सेवा विशेष के लिए मांगे जाने पर जरुरी अनुलग्नकों (Annexures) को [Attach] करना |
7. आवेदन फॉर्म एवं Annexure List को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ना एवं आवश्यक सुधार करना |
8. आवेदन को [Submit] कर अपना पावती (Acknowledgement) डाउनलोड / प्रिंट करना |
9. प्रमाण-पत्र (Certificate) बन जाने के पश्चात आवेदक के Inbox में उपलब्ध हो जाना, जिसे आवेदक द्वारा बेबसाइट पर Login करके डाउनलोड / प्रिंट करना |

How To Download RTPS Bihar Certificate

There are following simple steps for downloading of certificates online at RTPS Bihar portal as follows:

1. At first open RTPS Bihar official website serviceonline.bihar.gov.in
2. In the right side of Home Page under Citizen Section click on the given link as "Download Certificate"
3. Next you will be redirected to the Download Certificate page of RTPS.
4. Select Services from drop down menu as RTPS/ Others.
5. Enter Application Ref. Number (eg: BICCO/2021/0000) and Applicant Name (In English).
6. Finally click on Download Certificate button to download your certificate from RTPS server 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and so on.
7. Note: Please download your certificate only after 24 hours of execution of your application.

There are following simple steps for online checking of application status at RTPS Bihar portal as follows:

1. At first open RTPS Bihar official website serviceonline.bihar.gov.in
2. In the right side of Home Page under Citizen Section click on the given link as "Track Application Status"
3. Next you will be redirected to the Track Application Status page of RTPS.
4. Select an option to track application : Through Application Reference Number or Through OTP/ Application Details.
5. Enter Application Reference Number correctly in the specified input field and choose Track through Application Submission Date or Application Delivery Date.
6. Next enter Word Verification Code as shown in the page correctly to proceed further.
7. Finally click on Submit button to check your application status from RTPS server 1, 2, 3 and so on.
